Introducing Filtray, a thousand filters that pick themselves

Pick a photo and Filtray puts the filters that suit it first.

Most filter apps give you a wall of presets and leave you to it. You swipe past dozens that were never going to suit the photo, then settle for the least wrong one.

Filtray works the other way round. It is on the App Store today.

AI reads the photo first

Pick a shot and Filtray looks at it — brightness, colour, faces, mood — then puts the filters that suit it first. Faces in frame bring up portrait looks. Golden hour brings up the warm ones.

That happens on your iPhone, in milliseconds. Photos are never uploaded.

A thousand filters, sorted

Twenty-five categories, forty filters in each: Portrait, Film, Black & White, Analog, Cinematic, Retro, Vintage, Moody and seventeen more. Each one has an intensity slider, and touch-and-hold compares against the original.

Full resolution, no watermarks

Exports come out clean, with nothing stamped in the corner. Three filters in every category are free, no account needed. Pro unlocks the rest.

Filtray needs iOS 18 or later.
