This policy covers the Flyback iOS and Apple Watch app, published by RadenLabs Yazılım Teknoloji Danışmanlık ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Raden Labs"), the data controller.

1. Your health and activity data stays on your device

Flyback reads your step count, walking and running distance, flights climbed, active energy, and exercise minutes from Apple Health, with your permission, and only ever reads; it never writes to Health. This data is used on your device to build your daily totals, streaks, trends, achievements, and the figures shown in the app, its widgets, and the watch app. Your health and activity data is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers, and is never sent to our analytics or diagnostics providers. You can review or revoke Flyback's Health access at any time in the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security → Health.

2. What we collect

Flyback uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand which features are used, and Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix crashes. Together they collect anonymous installation identifiers, device and app version, approximate region, product interaction events (such as opening the paywall or changing a setting), and crash and diagnostic data. Everything is aggregated, not linked to your identity, and not used to track you across other apps. Advertising-related data collection is denied at app launch, so no IDFA or ad-personalization data is gathered. Your step and health data is never included.

3. Subscriptions

Flyback Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly, with an optional free trial) processed by Apple's App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; you can manage or cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings, and restore an existing purchase with "Restore Purchases" in Settings. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

4. Notifications and data export

If you enable reminders, Flyback schedules them locally on your device; you can turn them off at any time in Settings or iOS notification settings. The "Export my data" option generates a CSV of your own daily step history on your device and hands it to the iOS share sheet; where it goes next is entirely your choice.

5. Your choices

You can revoke Health access in iOS Settings, and you can stop analytics collection at any time by uninstalling the app. Because the analytics data is not linked to your identity, we cannot locate or delete data tied to a specific individual on request.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
