Filtray — Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the Filtray iOS app, published by RADENLABS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Raden Labs"). By installing or using Filtray, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Filtray on devices you own, for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the app or any part of it. We may revoke this license if you violate these Terms.

2. Subscriptions

Filtray Pro is processed by Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel through your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

3. Your photos

You retain full ownership of every photo you edit in Filtray. All editing happens on your device, and your images are not uploaded to us.

4. Intellectual property

The Filtray app, including its filters, user interface, and code, is owned by Raden Labs and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or redistribute it.

5. Disclaimers and liability

Filtray is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raden Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
