Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications and games ("Applications") developed and published by RADENLABS YAZILIM TEKNOLOJİ DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Raden Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Applications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Applications. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who does not meet these eligibility requirements.

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our Applications on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Applications or any part thereof.

4. User Accounts

Some of our Applications may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Our Applications may offer in-app purchases, including subscriptions. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices are displayed in the Application before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests should be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use our Applications to violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the rights of any third party; transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the Applications or servers; use automated means to access the Applications without our written permission; or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Applications.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code, are owned by Raden Labs or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our Applications without our prior written consent.

8. User-Generated Content

If our Applications allow you to submit, post, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving our Applications. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights to grant this license.

9. Disclaimers

Our Applications are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Raden Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use our Applications, regardless of the theory of liability.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raden Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Applications or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Applications at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Applications will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within our Applications and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Applications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
